Au Luxembourg, les psychologues ont un rôle déterminant dans le développement du traitement et la conception et la mise en place d'actions de prévention dans le domaine de la toxicomanie. Deux courants orientent les actions préventives: le premier basé sur l'information et l'intimidation, le second sur des approches pédagogiques et thérapeutiques. Côté traitement, le Luxembourg dispose d'une chaîne thérapeutique dans laquelle le sujet progresse par étapes en vue de sa réinsertion.
ENGLISH:
In Luxembourg psychologists have a determining role in the development of treatment, and also in the conception and implementation of preventive actions. Two important trends determine the orientations in prevention. The first one is based on information and intimidation. The second is centered on sociopedagogical and therapeutic approaches. For treatment, Luxembourg possesses a therapy chain in which the subject progresses by stages with a reinsertion perspective. (Extract from author's abstract)
