L'auteur présuppose qu'un obstacle majeur à la prévention des toxicomanies est le mythe drogue. Ce mythe alimente des représentations erronées en matière de prévention et de toxicomanies. Ce mythe s'apparente au fonctionnement des rumeurs et c'est pourquoi il ne peut être démenti par l'information. La formation peut, par contre, sous certaines conditions, modifier ces représentations. The author presupposes that a greater obstacle to the prevention of drug addictions is the drug myth. This myth sustains wrong representations in the field of prevention and drug addiction. It has something common with the way in which rumours develop and spread themselves, and it is why it cannot be denied by information.
