Auto-Estima y locus de control en una muestra de Proyecto Hombre

Analyse des différences existant entre 2 groupes d'héroïnomanes (l'un commençant un traitement centré sur la communauté thérapeutique, l'autre ayant terminé, sans connaître de rechute) en ce qui concerne notamment l'estime de soi et l'orientation de leurs points de contrôle. L'hypothèse selon laquelle des différences significatives seraient rencontrées entre les 2 groupes a été confirmée: le premier groupe présentant une estime de soi plutôt faible et une orientation externe de ses points de contrôle, à l'inverse du 2ème groupe. De plus, la prédiction de ces 2 variables, afin d'obtenir de meilleurs résultats dans le traitement, combinée à d'autres éléments comme, le type de contact pris, les traits de personnalité, les besoins psychologiques de chaque sujet, sont étudiés.
ENGLISH :
The purpose of this article is to analyse the differences between two groups of heroin addicts - one has just begun a course of treatment centred on the Therapeutic Community, and the other has completed it without any relapses - in regard to their self-esteem and the orientation of their locus of control. The hypothesis that significant differences would be found between the two groups in these two variables, in that the first group would show low self-esteem and external orientation of the locus of control, contrasting with the opposite tendency in the second group, was confirmed. Besides, the prediction of both variables in order to obtain a successful result at the end of treatment, together with the variation introduced by issues such as type of treatment and personality traits and psychological needs of subjects, are considered.
