Il y a des différences au niveau de l'âge, du sexe, du mode de vie, de l'emploi, des traitements déjà suivis et de leur interruption, entre les toxicomanes fréquentant les hôpitaux psychiatriques et ceux qui sont admis en centre de cure. L'hétérogenéité de la population toxicomane montre que de larges possibilités de traitement doivent lui être offertes.
ENGLISH :
Addicts in psychiatric hospitals differ from addicts in general hospitals. We see differences in the population of age and sex, education, occupation, the state of employment, contacts to social institutions, experiences with other treatments, the way of terminating a therapy (dropping out etc.) and major psychiatric disorders. The fact, that addicts are not a homogeneous group of patients means that therapeutic treatments are to be offered in psychiatric hospitals.

Addicts in psychiatric hospitals differ from addicts in general hospitals.
