The Arts regarded as a therapeutical component. The author describes the experience of a hand-writing workshop the therapeutical dimension of which he shows. He explains how an addicted individual who involves him/herself in the writing of a short story can be enabled to have access to shifting, to surpassing, and to the bond. The way through and round another one, the character, may give him the opportunity to disclose himself his inner and deeper self with less defences and less reluctantly.
