Dans une première partie, les auteurs décrivent les préjugés réciproques entre les équipes d'accueil et celles des post-cures sous les aspects des conditions matérielles, cliniques et économiques du travail. Puis ils en analysent le fonctionnement en le considérant dû à une logique paranoïde, sorte de maladie de la confiance reliée à l'archaïque infantile des intervenants. Ils estiment enfin que seul l'union autour de la trajectoire des usagers toxicomanes permettrait d'éviter que le maillage thérapeutique proposé ne soit perçu par eux que comme un filet troué trop peu structurant.
ENGLISH :
In a first part, the authors describe the mutual prejudices existing between counseling and after-care teams in material, clinical and economical working circumstances. Then they examine the running by regarding it as paranoid logics, a kind of trust-pathology connected with childish archaic structures of the interveners. Lastly, they consider that only coming together around the substance user's path would enable one to prevent that the therapeutical "meshing" to the understood by them merely as a net wearing holes and providing poor structures.
