Cette large étude présente l'évolution et les tendances de la toxicomanie en Allemagne à l'Ouest et à l'Est, durant les vingt dernières années et évalue la situation en 1990. A l'exception des drogues illicites, la consommation d'alcool, de tabac et de médicaments n'apparait pas modifiée considérablement, à l'Ouest comme à l'Est.
ENGLISH :
This article assesses distribution and trends in drug usage in the Eastern and Western states of the Federal Republic of Germany. Results showed that over the last 20 years, some different trends in patterns of drug usage could be identified among adolescents in West and East German states. However, in general, the present findings indicated that - with the exception of the usage of illegal drugs - there were no major differences in alcohol drinking patterns, tobacco smoking, and prescription drug usage among East and West German adolescents.(Extract from the author's abstract)
