L'analyse des traits de personnalité, des possibilités de restructuration permet d'établir des "types" d'héroïnomanes dont dépend le prognostic de réinsertion. La qualité du soutien est un facteur important de cette réinsertion.
ENGLISH :
A prospective study investigates the question to what extent the multivariate concepts "self-concept", "internal and external coping resources" and "professional and private coping patterns", pursued at an early stage of rehabilitation, influence the prognostic significance as far as the degree of rehabilitation seven years later is concerned. The results show clearly that the heroin addicts form a heterogeneous group and that the quality of self-concept, coping resources and coping patterns is significant as a prognostic factor for the rehabilitation seven years later.
L'analyse des traits de personnalité, des possibilités de restructuration permet d'établir des "types" d'héroïnomanes dont dépend le prognostic de réinsertion. La qualité du soutien est un facteur important de cette réinsertion.
