Pour donner une chance de succès à la politique tolérante du seuil bas, l'auteur prône une légalisation indifférenciée de toutes les drogues.
ENGLISH :
In order to give the idea of acceptance in drug work a chance of being realized the author asks for an uncompromising that is indiscriminate legislation of all drugs. Not only arguments regarding the previous history of drug policy will strengthen the abovementioned demand but the argumentation will also point to future implications of such a legislation for the development of a really "harm reducing drug using culture".
