Pour faire le lien entre la recherche et la pratique dans le domaine de la thérapie des dépendances, il faut concevoir des projets correspondants, comme le projet REHA 2000. Les principes de base en sont les suivants: impliquer la pratique dans la formulation des questions, transmettre les résultats des recherches aux praticiens et tirer conjointement les conclusions. Les changements organisationnels peuvent se décomposer en quatre phases: phase exploratoire, de différentiation, d'intégration et d'association. Actuellement, la plupart des thérapies stationnaires sont dans la phase de différentiation.
ENGLISH :
Linking research and practice in drug therapy is the aim of the REHA 2000 project. Some of the most important basic principles are defined as follows: practice must be implicated in the formulation of the questions to be studied, research findings should be directly transmitted to those who actually work in drug therapy and conclusions for their application in practical terms must be drawn in mutual cooperation. The organizational change can be outlined in four phases: the pioneer phase, the differentiation phase, the integration phase and the association phase. Most inpatient drug therapy are at the moment in the differentiation phase. (From author's abstract)
