Différentes études menées de 1990 à 1992, concernant la consommation de drogues, d'alcool et de tabac à l'Est, sont comparées avec une étude réalisée à l'Ouest en 1990. A l'Est, la consommation de produits illicites a légèrement augmenté, mais la prévalence reste bien inférieure à celle de l'Ouest. La consommation d'alcool de l'Est tend à rejoindre le niveau de l'Ouest, et l'alcoolisme masculin y est plus répandu. L'âge de début d'usage régulier de tabac ou d'alcool est plus tardif à l'Est.
ENGLISH :
In 1990 and 1992 we conducted different representative surveys concerning the development of the consumption of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages and tobacco in Eastern Germany since the reunification. At the same time, they approve a comparison of the results with the data resulting from the representative survey made in the Old Bundeslaender in 1990. The prevalence of illegal drugs has slightly increased in the Eastern part of Germany, but it has been remarkably lower than the prevalence in the West. Regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages, there is a tendency of an approaching behaviour in East Germany towards the level in the West; however, the alcohol misuse of men in East Germany is still more common than in West Germany. A comparison of East and West Germany concerning the course of risk for the beginning of the regular consumption of alcoholic beverages respectively tobacco indicates a later onset of juveniles in the East.
Différentes études menées de 1990 à 1992, concernant la consommation de drogues, d'alcool et de tabac à l'Est, sont comparées avec une étude réalisée à l'Ouest en 1990. A l'Est, la consommation de produits illicites a légèrement augmenté, mais la prévalence reste bien inférieure à celle de l'Ouest. La consommation d'alcool de l'Est tend à rejoindre le niveau de l'Ouest, et l'alcoolisme masculin y est plus répandu. L'âge de début d'usage régulier de tabac ou d'alcool est plus tardif à l'Est.
