Les patients en sevrage d'alcool ou de benzodiazépines ont des scores élevés sur l'échelle de Wolpe et Lang (Fear Survey Schedule). On observe des niveaux croissants d'anxiété et de dépression au fur et à mesure du déroulement des différentes phases du sevrage. Les implications thérapeutiques sont discutées.
ENGLISH :
During the withdrawal period of either alcohol or benzodiazepines, patients showed significantly higher scores on Fear Survey Schedule by Wolpe and Lang. The test results of the benzodiazepine-dependent patients and the patients with combinated dependence were similar. The results of alcohol-dependent patients were different. Implications for the treatment of anxiety were discussed. (From authors' abstract)
