Les changements de conditions économiques et sociales, la disponibilité de nombreuses substances et leur consommation abusive par les adolescents, les femmes et les personnes âgées sont une charge pour la société en général et pour la famille en particulier. Cet article propose une réflexion sur les conséquences de cette consommation pour les différents membres de la famille et les implications au niveau des traitements, de la recherche et de la prévention.
ENGLISH :
The changing economic and social conditions, the availability of a greater variety of substances and the abuse of these substances by adolescents, by women and by the elderly are bringing new pressures on society in general and on family in particular. The purpose of the paper is to discuss the impact of various substances on the family in today's society and point out its implications for clinical treatment, research and prevention.
