La campagne nationale de lutte contre la drogue (NCADA) a démarré en Australie en 1985. Le programme a été prolongé jusqu'en 1997. N. Blewett expose à travers cet interview ses opinions sur l'évolution et l'implantation des mesures depuis dix ans.
ENGLISH :
The National Campaign Against Drug Abuse was established in April 1985. Aiming to provide a national framework to minimize the harmful consequences of drug use, the original 3-year programme was extended to 1997. A key figure in the NCADA, Dr N. Blewett, was interviewed to gain his perspective on the development and implantation of the campaign over its first 10 years. (Author's abstract)
