L'auteur veut établir un profil sociologique du traitement de la dépendance et reconnaitre la légitimité scientifique de ce type de traitement, par l'analyse des valeurs sociales et des valeurs médicales qui la soutendent. Face aux évolutions des valeurs du monde occidental, il résulte une situation hétérogène et des tensions qui affectent l'autonomie des nouvelles générations de thérapeutes.
ENGLISH :
Referring to some ideas of German sociologists, the author depicts an outline of a sociology of addiction treatment. He is concerned about the special problem of legitimation of the scientific arts and crafts of treating addicts. Regarding to the problem of changing values among western publics, a situation of value heterogeneity and tension affects the autonomy of the new professions of addiction therapists.
