La théorie freudienne est traversée par une contradiction. Devant le malaise du sujet, Freud est tenté d'apporter une solution toxicomaniaque, guérir le sujet par la dissolution chimique de l'objet. Alors que toute sa théorisation de l'élaboration psychique de l'objet conduit à le constituer comme séparé du sujet, ce qui permet la rencontre possible. Cette tentative de négation chimique de l'objet est la tentation à laquelle cède le toxicomane. (Résumé d'auteur)

There is a contradiction going through Freud's theory. Freud's attempt, regarding the problem of the subject's discontentment was to offer a solution of drug-addiction, curing the subject through the chemical dissolution of the object. But his theorization of the psychical elaboration of the object led it to elaborated as separated from the subject, a meeting becoming possible. This attempt of chemical negation of the object is the seduction to which drug addict gives in. (Author's abstract)
