Suite au décès d'une jeune fille passeur de drogue ayant ingéré de multiples ballonnets contenant de la cocaïne, on a observé, à l'autopsie, plusieurs de ces emballages éclatés ou endommagés. La concentration sanguine en cocaïne atteignait 104mg/l. La mort est attribuée à un empoisonnement par la cocaïne.
ENGLISH :
A fatality in a teenage drug courier who swallowed packages of a controlled drug for concealment in the gastrointestinal tract is described. There were a couple of burst-open short cylindrical packages of cocaine and several with damaged external latex wrapping. The deceased succumbed to a remarkably high fatal postmortem blood concentration of 104mg/l. (From author's abstract)
