Le programme pilote allemand vise a améliorer l'aspect qualitatif des traitements de sevrage. 133 patients ont été amenés à souligner les éléments les plus importants du protocole, un grand nombre de ces éléments conditionnant le bon déroulement du traitement. Ceci inclut le soutien psychosocial, la diffusion d'informations, les mesures préventives telles que le sport et les loisirs. Les personnes interrogées ont noté l'importance d'une prise en charge personnalisée.
ENGLISH :
The German pilot program aims to achieve the qualitative improvement of withdrawal treatments. 133 patients were asked to comment on the most important elements of the scheme. A large variety of elements were considered to be relevant to the further course of the treatment. These included nursing and psycho-social care geared towards each individual, the provision of information and advice on drug addiction, preventative intervention as well as sports. Acceptance of the withdrawal treatment was clearly improved by changes to the prevailing conditions of the treatment programme. (From authors' abstract)
