Le principe du projet d'accompagnement des toxicomanes sous méthadone est basé sur la libre décision du patient et son droit à l'autodétermination. Des relations égalitaires doivent s'établir entre les prescripteurs, les conseillers psychosociaux et les patients. Les services qui ont mis en place cette méthode, la considèrent comme plus efficace pour le suivi des toxicomanes et pour leur évolution personnelle.
ENGLISH :
Regarding participation in psychosocial care the leading maxim for the project is the principle of absolute voluntariness in conjunction with the recognition of the patients'right of self-determination. The objective is to establish an equal-rights-relationship between methadone patients, prescribers and psychosocial counselors. (From author's abstract)
Le principe du projet d'accompagnement des toxicomanes sous méthadone est basé sur la libre décision du patient et son droit à l'autodétermination. Des relations égalitaires doivent s'établir entre les prescripteurs, les conseillers psychosociaux et les patients. Les services qui ont mis en place cette méthode, la considèrent comme plus efficace pour le suivi des toxicomanes et pour leur évolution personnelle.
