Les usages de produits par les étudiants des Universités du RoyaumeUni varient énormément suivant la discipline étudiée. L'usage de tabac est le plus important chez les étudiants en arts, en sciences sociales et en biologie, et représente en proportion: 36 à 39% des hommes et un tiers des femmes. La consommation d'alcool prédomine chez les étudiants en biologie. La prévalence d'usage de cannabis est la plus élevée parmi les étudiants en arts et sciences sociales, où 27% en font un usage hebdomadaire. Pour les autres drogues illicites, plus des 2/3 des étudiants en arts, sciences sociales et sciences physiques relatent 1 ou 2 expériences.
ENGLISH :
Tobacco use was more prevalent in arts, social science and biological science students, among whom 36-39% of men and nearly on third of women were regular smokers. Alcohol consumption was greatest in biological science students. Prevalence of cannabis use was highest in arts and social science students of whom 27% reported regular weekly use. Experience with other illicit drugs was greatest among arts, social science and physical science students, of whom 64-71% reported experience at least once or twice. (From authors' abstract)
