Le débat est actuellement ouvert en Allemagne, entre les partisans de l'abstinence et les défenseurs de la consommation de drogue au cours du traitement de la toxicomanie. En fait, la reconnaissance de la dépendance, comme composant majeur de la personnalité du toxicomane, est une nécessité dans la prise en charge hospitalière des patients, de même que l'appartenance à un réseau de professionnels.
ENGLISH :
In the treatment of drug addicts in Germany there is a discussion between those, who insist on drug abstinence and those who accept continuing drug consume even during treatment. This essay favors a point of view, in which the above constructed conflict does not exist this way. The acceptance of addiction as a major part of the character of the patient is a necessity in the abstinence oriented based inpatient treatment. This form of treatment should be connected with a network of hospitals clinics and their catchmentareas.

In the treatment of drug addicts in Germany there is a discussion between those, who insist on drug abstinence and those who accept continuing drug consume even during treatment. This essay favors a point of view, in which the above constructed conflict does not exist this way.
