Evaluacion de la efectividad del tratamiento UROD asociado a rehabilitacion ulterior en pacientes dependientes de opiaceos

Le développement des méthodes de sevrage ultra-rapide est exposé en signalant leurs objectifs et leurs limites. Ce rapport présente les résultats d'une étude effectuée sur 962 cas traités par le Centre d'Invesigation et de Traitement des Addictions (CITA) avec la méthode UROD. Ces cas ont été suivis durant une période de 9 mois au cours de laquelle les patients ont eu plusieurs possibilités de traitement : psychothérapie supervisée par CITA durant 1 ou 9 mois, ou autres moyens de psychothérapie, mais toujours en association avec un soutien pharmacologique (naltrexone). A la fin des neuf mois, il a été enregistré un succès de 58.1% sur le total des patients qui ont terminé leur désintoxication et qui ont commencé le traitement psychopharmacologique appliqué actuellement par CITA. Ce pourcentage augmente même jusqu'à 90%, proportionnellement à la rétention des patients en traitement. (D'après le résumé des auteurs)
ENGLISH :
The study reviews the development of the ultra rapid detoxification procedures and point out their amis and limitations. Results are shown for a sample of 962 cases treated with the UROD method by CITA and followed up for 9 months. During the following period the patients could have several treatment possibilities : supervides psychotherapy by CITA for 1 or 9 months; or other psychotherapy standards not provided by CITA; this was always associated with the pharmacological support of naltrexone for nine months. After 9 months, there was a 58.1% success rate in the patients that completed the detoxification and began the psychopharmacological rehabilitation treatment currently being used by CITA; this proportion increases up to 90% in relation to the amount of time one stays in the rehabilitation.
