La clinique Zokl1 à Zürich fut la première institution proposant un traitement à bas seuil en Suisse depuis 1992. Les chiffres des quatre premières années de fonctionnement sont évalués. 1462 héroïnomanes ont été admis. La première année correspondait à l'action de dispersion de la Platzspitz, et un grand nombre de patients marginalisés, en mauvaise conditions physiques ont intégré le programme. Les indicateurs sociaux sont présentés ainsi que les chiffres de consommation et les modes d'usage. Les rapports toxicomanes lourds / toxicomanes insérés sont calculés, et montrent que le groupe des toxicomanes bien intégrés socialement, non recensés par les services de soins classiques, est plus important qu'on ne le pensait.

The Clinic for methadone maintenance in Zürich, founded in 1992, constitutes Switzerland's first institution for low threshold methadone substitution. the data of the first 4 years have been evaluated. 1462 opioids-dependants were admitted. Within the first year, which ran parallel to the dispersal of the Platzspitz Park in Zürich, a great number of socially marginalised people, often in bad physical conditions entered he program. After the dispersal of the Letten in 1995, socially well integrated people were predominant among those who entered the program for the first time. (From authors'abstract)
