Le cas d'une intoxication alimentaire collective, par du cannabis introduit dans un gâteau au chocolat, est rapporté. Les circonstances de l'intoxication, la symptomatologie et les délais d'apparition sont décrits. Les auteurs retracent la démarche suivie pour élaborer le diagnostic, en rappelant le rôle des services d'urgences et les différentes hypothèses à évoquer devant un semblable tableau (intoxication oxycarbonée, intoxication alimentaire ou par substance stupéfiante).
ENGLISH :
We reporte an unusual case of collective food poisoning. The toxic element involved in this instance was cannabis in a chocolate cake. We discuss the pre-hospital management of collective poisonings and recall the need to consider closely all hypotheses. Unusual circumstances, symptomatological indications and the delay in their appearance often furnish a set of arguments which can lead the physician to the responsible agent. (From authors' abstract)
