L'alcoolique travaillé au corps par l'écriture dans un dispositif groupal

L'écriture groupale de patients alcooliques renvoie à l'origine de la constitution de l'image du corps par l'appel à la figuration de vécus corporels archaïques, jusque là infigurables. La spécificité des ateliers d'écriture en alcoologie consisterait à prendre en considération l'émergence de protoreprèsentations -tels les signifiants formels- relatives aux altérations des contenants psychiques et à susciter une dynamique de transformation de ces configurations de formes corporelles, qui vise à restaurer les défaillances des enveloppes psychiques des patients alcooliques. La fonction thérapeutique d'une écri- ture en groupe dans la problématique alcoolique revient donc à créer du corps, en travaillant à donner forme à des vécus corporels primitifs non symbolisés, à partir de l'émergence, dans les textes et dans la fantasmatique groupale, de formes originaires de représentation. ENGLISH :
The group writing activity with alcoholic patients refers to the origin of the body image making through the shaping of archaic body experiences that to that point could not be shaped. The specificity of writing workshops in alcohology would consist in considering the rising of photo-representations -such as the formal signifiants- corresponding to the impairing of psychic containers and to instigate a dynamic of changes of these body shapes, thus trying to restore the deficient psychic envelops of the alcoholic patients. The therapy based on a group writing activity in an alcoholic problematic amounts therefore to create bodily substance, aiming to materialize primitive body experiences that are not symbolized, from the rising, in the texts and the group phantasm, of originative representation forms.
