Cet article est l'occasion pour ses auteurs d'exposer le fonctionnement d'un atelier socio-administratif dans une unité d'alcoologie temps plein, associé à un hôpital de jour, et dont la nécessité s'est faite jour au fur et à mesure de la maturation de l'équipe et de la désocialisation croissante du type de population admis dans le service. Après un exposé pratique du mode de fonctionnement de cet atelier dans lequel les patients sont conviés uniquement sur prescription, et dans une perspective interactive, sont discutés les objectifs et les limites de son fonctionnement qui peut être assimilé dans une certaine mesure au coping. ENGLISH :
The author describes the functioning of a socio-administrative workshop in a full-time alcohology unit associated with a day hospital, which was gradually found to be necessary based on the team's increasing experience and the growing desocialisation of the type of population admitted to the unit. After describing the practical mode of functioning of this workshop, to which patients are recruited exclusively by prescription and in an interactive perspective, the objectives and limitations of its functioning are discussed, which can be assimilated, to a certain degree, to "coping".
