L'objectif de ce travail a été d'analyser les demandes du conjoint d'alcoolodépendant et les réponses apportées par le médecin lors de la première consultation alcoologique. Cent questionnaires destinés aux conjoints ont été recueillis auprès de divers cabinets médicaux. Outre la prise en charge médicale du patient alcoolodépendant, les conjoints demandent un suivi personnel, avec une information sur la maladie alcoolique et une écoute attentive de la part du médecin; ce dernier est ainsi en première ligne pour le soin au conjoint, il doit également participer à la prévention des conduites d'alcoolisation. Cette enquête permet de proposer plusieurs éléments pour l'accompagnement thérapeutique du conjoint. (Résumé d'auteur)
ENGLISH :
Questionnaire survey of the partners of alcohol-dependent patients at the first alcohology visit. The objective of this study was to analyse the expectations of partners of alcohol-dependent patients and the responses provided by the doctor during the first alcohology visit. One hundred questionnaires, designed for partners, were collected from various medical offices. in addition to medical management of the alcohol-dependent patient, the partners also request personal follow-up with information about alcoholism and attentive listening by the doctor, who therefore plays an important role in the care of the partner. The doctor must also participate in the prevention of alcohol abuse behaviour. This survey proposes several elements for the supportive care of the patient's partner. (Author' s abstract)
L'objectif de ce travail a été d'analyser les demandes du conjoint d'alcoolodépendant et les réponses apportées par le médecin lors de la première consultation alcoologique. Cent questionnaires destinés aux conjoints ont été recueillis auprès de divers cabinets médicaux.
