Nous tenterons d'aborder dans cet article comment le toxicomane, confronté à des représentations gênantes, parvient à neutraliser l'activité représentative. La prise de produit vient s'insérer dans le rapport entre représentant psychique et représentation de chose et situe la toxicomanie en-deçà du fonctionnement hystérique et psychosomatique qui interrogent les rapports entre affect et représentation. Nous verrons en quoi la mise en évidence de cet aspect du fonctionnement toxicomaniaque dans le champ de la représentation constitue une contribution à l'étude psychanalytique de la pensée. ENGLISH:
In this article we shall try and analyse how the drug addict when confronted with disturbing thoughts, manages to neutralize thinking. Drug taking interferes in the relation-ship between psychic conception and concrete conception, placing drug addiction beyond hysterical and psychosomatic condition wlhich are relevant to the relationship between instinct and conception. We shall see to what extent highlighting this aspect of the drug addict's condition makes a contribution to the psychoanalytic study of thinking. (Author' s abstract)
