ENGLISH :
Intravenous drug using is one important cause of HIV-I transmission in developed countries. Different circulating recombinant forms (CRF) have been described mainly among intravenous drug users, spreading with high efficiency among them. They can affect HIV testing and treatment and consequently the follow-up of the patients, being consequently very convenient, to know the molecular epidemiology of the circulating strains in a geographical area.
