Dans le cadre du programme régional de santé de lutte contre l'alcoolisation excessive en Rhône-Alpes et de la Circulaire du 25/11/1999 relative à la création des réseaux de soins, les structures savoyardes médico-sociales, institutionnelles et ambulatoires, spécialisées en alcoologie, ainsi que leurs partenaires associatifs et libéraux du département ont réalisé un diagnostic local sur l'accès aux soins alcoologiques en préalable à la formalisation du Réseau départemental d'alcoologie de la Savoie. Ce diagnostic local, réalisé par le CAREPS, s'est appuyé sur deux approches distinctes, d'une part, une étude d'image externe et, d'autre part, une description du dispositif départemental débouchant sur l'élaboration d'un guide d'offre de soins. Finalement, ce travail collectif a contribué à la formalisation du Réseau départemental d'alcoologie de la Savoie et permettra la future évaluation à cinq ans basée sur l'état des lieux de l'existant (images externe et interne) et les recommandations préconisées par le CAREPS. ENGLISH :
In the context of the Rhone-Alpes regional healthcare programme against excessive drinking and the Circular of Nov. 25, 1999 concerning the creation of healthcare networks, institutional and outpatient medical and social service structures of the Savoie department specialized in alcohology, as well as associated private practitioners and associations of the department conducted a local diagnosis on access to alcohol healthcare services prior to formal structuring of the Savoie department alcohol healthcare network. This local diagnosis, performed by the CAREPS, was based on two distinct approaches: an external image study and a description of the department's healthcare system resulting in the elaboration of a guide to healthcare services. This collective study also contributed to formal structuring of the Savoie department alcohol healthcare network and will allow the future five-year evaluation based on the evaluation of existing services (external and internal images) and the recommendations proposed by the CAREPS.
