Ce travail présente un protocole de rencontre destiné à l'accueil des jeunes consommateurs de cannabis n'ayant encore jamais consulté. II montre la stratégie suivie pour sensibiliser les différents partenaires adultes à une approche plus respectueuse du point de vue adolescent. Il décrit le déroulement d'un entretien dont l'objet reste la mobilisation de l'adolescent consommateur sur l'intérêt d'une auto-évaluation de sa consommation pour l'aider à en garder la maîtrise.
ENGLISH :
This article presents a course of experiments carried out in a specialised health centre into improving the reception of young cannabis users consulting for the first time. It shows the strategy employed in order to encourage the various adult partners' to use an approach more respectful of the teenage point of view. It gives a description of an interview in which the goal is to make the teenage cannabis user aware of the advantages of a self-assessment of their consumption, with the aim of keeping it under control.
