Les psychiatres d'adolescents sont confrontés à la généralisation d'un phénomène ancien : l'association de l'usage de cannabis à la plupart des autres manifestations psychopathologiques rencontrées à cet âge. Avec l'objectif de choisir un point de vue rarement adopté dans la littérature, sont proposés ici les résultats d'une étude visant à mieux appréhender le phénomène de consommation cannabique dans une population traitée au sein d'institutions psychiatriques pour adolescents.
ENGLISH :
Distressed teenagers and cannabis abuse. Teenage psychiatrists are faced with the current escalation of an old phenomenon : the association of cannabis abuse with most other psychopathological manifestations encountered in this age group. Examining the subject from a viewpoint rarely adopted in literature, this article furnishes the results of a study aimed at improving understanding of the phenomenon of cannabis consumption in a group of teenagers undergoing treatment in psychiatric institutions for adolescents.
