Les auteurs présentent, à partir d'une synthèse bibliographique, les effets et méfaits du cannabis. Ils insistent sur les complications psychiatriques de l'ivresse cannabique et posent les questions des relations de ce produit avec les troubles schizophréniques. Ils abordent enfin les déterminants socio-psychopathologiques de l'abus et de la dépendance.
ENGLISH :
The authors give a bibliographic overview of the effects and harmful consequences of cannabis. They draw attention to the psychiatric complications of cannabis intoxication and raise the question of the relationship of this product with schizophrenic disorders. They then tackle the socio-psychopathological determinants of cannabis abuse and addiction.
