A la suite d'entretiens cliniques avec des femmes en postcure, il apparaît que l'alcool semble fournir un appui spécifique à certaines d'entre elles lorsqu'une configuration particulière se dessine. Cette configuration repose sur le triptyque suivant : "un Autre" les choisit, les élit, les sacre (depuis l'inceste jusqu'à des espoirs de réussite étouffants) et à ce titre les met en position d'exception. Parallèlement, "un tiers" constate la place "extra-ordinaire" à laquelle elles sont assignées, et se tait (que cette triangulation relève de la réalité ou du fantasme nous importe peu, ici). L'alcool se révèle alors presque idéal comme tentative de solution et ce pour deux raisons au moins : d'une part, noyer ses soucis et, d'autre part, se réfugier dans une "tentative factice" de responsabilisation et de prise de distance. ENGLISH :
Based on clinical interviews with women in post-withdrawal, alcohol appears to provide a specific support for some women in the context of a particular configuration. This configuration is based on the following triptych : an "other" chooses them, elects them, anoints them (from incest to stifling hopes of success) and consequently places them in a position of exception. In parallel, a "third person" observes the "extraordinary" place to which they have been assigned, and says nothing (whether this triangulation is based on reality or fantasy has little importance in this context). Alcohol therefore appears to be an almost ideal solution for at least two reasons : to drown the woman's problems and to hide in an "artificial attempt" of responsibilisation and distancing.
