Résumé :
ENGLISH :
Aims : Cocaine users in the city of Zurich were asked about their cocaine use in order to acquire information about how to improve the current treatment system. Methods : The three target groups of cocaine users who were interviewed (n=201) differed with respect to treatment and social integration. Results : There were few differences in responses given by cocaine users in treatment and untreated, illegal-drug users. However, cocaine-using partygoers differed from the two other groups in length, frequency and patterns of use. Conclusions : The results concerning the form of cocaine use and specific method of application should be the impetus for reassessing current offers for substitution therapy. (Review's abstract.)
