L'étude a pour objectif de mettre en évidence le phénotype psychocomportemental des individus adultes alcoolodépendants ayant été exposés à l'alcool in utero pour mettre en place des prises en charge spécifiques. L'analyse est basée sur un entretien clinique semi-dirigé avec le questionnaire de Tarter et le MINI (Mini international neuropsychiatric interview). D'après l'étude, certaines caractéristiques se dégagent : un début précoce des conduites d'alcoolisation, un dépendance rapide et sévère, une instabilité affective et professionnelle, des conduites antisociales et une comorbidité psychiatrique accrue. ENGLISH :
The outcome of patients exposed to alcohol in utero remains unclear and the diagnosis is rarely established in adults. This study was designed to identify the psychobehavioural phenotype of this population in order to develop specific management. This study identified certain specific characteristics: early onset of alcohol abuse behaviour, rapid onset of severe dependance, affective and work instability, antisocial behaviour and increased psychiatric comorbidity.
